the toll free phone number to an application engineer's cell

online. We can save you time by directing you to the exact URL
location or PDF document that resolves your issue.
Breakdown Situations: Breakdowns are difficult situations
for users and OEMs alike, because finding out what broke is often
the biggest challenge. Often, physical wear, binding or failure
of a feedback device, sensor or cable will manifest itself as
a controller or drive fault. We can determine what failed based
on symptoms you describe to us.
Repairs and Returns: Get the serial number of the part
you want repaired or returned. We will then secure a Returned Material
Authorization number (RMA number) with a "ship to" address for
you. Many of our suppliers require a purchase order to accept returned
material, and will offer a "not to exceed" charge. We work with
our customers to eliminate the purchase order requirement until
known charges exist. There are also expedite fees involved when
customers require immediate turnaround on a part.

that is on the part, and, if possible, e-mail a digital picture
of it to sales@motionusa.com.
We work with several outstanding repair houses, and we can usually
figure out how to get obsolete components repaired.
